Coach Alfredo was former Coach of the Venezuelan Swimming National team for around 15 years and belonged to the National Technique Committee as well. He was part of both Olympics programs to London 2012 and Rio 2016. During his career as a Coach at Venezuela he attended several important Championships and meets.

Coach Alfredo had the opportunity to participate in two important programs developed at Florida Gold Coast including one Top 3 program at Senior Level. He also served as a parent/volunteer to the City of Miami Beach before he became the founder and Head Coach of Fenix Swim Club.

Coach Mariana served as the coach of the MRJCC swimming team for approximately three years, during which she helped the team grow in terms of technique, mindset, and dedication.
