Coach Alfredo was former Coach of the Venezuelan Swimming National team for around 15 years and belonged to the National Technique Committee as well.  He was part of both Olympics programs to London 2012 and Rio 2016. During his career as a Coach at Venezuela he attended several important Championships and meets.

• 2005 Coach for Central American and Caribbean Swimming Championship (CCCAN) at Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
• 2007 Coach for South American Swimming Championship at Caracas, Venezuela
• 2007 Coach for Central American and Caribbean Swimming Championship (CCCAN) at San Salvador, El Salvador
• 2008 Coach for 2^nd FINA World Junior Swimming Championship at Monterrey, Mexico.  2 bronze medals obtained
• 2009 Coach for South American Swimming Championship at Mar de Plata, Argentina
• 2009 Coach for Central American and Caribbean Swimming Championship (CCCAN) at Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Venezuela won the CCCAN Championship
• 2014 Head Coach for Open International of Mayaguez at Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. 4 athletes obtained their pass for Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympics Games
• 2015 Qualified a swimmer for the World University Games in Gwangju, Korea

Coach Alfredo had the opportunity to participate in two important programs developed at Florida Gold Coast including one Top 3 program at Senior Level. He also served as a parent/volunteer to the City of Miami Beach before he became the founder and Head Coach of Fenix Swim Club.

Coach Mariana served as the coach of the MRJCC swimming team for approximately three years, during which she helped the team grow in terms of technique, mindset, and dedication. She also participated in several competitions as an assistant coach. During her career as an athlete in Venezuela she attended several important Championships and meets.
