GENERAL TEAM FEES
REGISTRATION (NON REFUNDABLE)
- Payment to the Fenix Swim Club is required after group placement and approval from the coaching staff to join the team.
COACHING (MONTHLY)
- Payment to your coaching staff for providing training for swimmers. Invoicing occurs at the first of each month for the upcoming month. Late fee fines ($25) are added after the 15th of each month for fees pending on team accounts.
MEET ENTRY FEES (PER MEET)
- Fees associated with competitions. After “declaration of participation” fees are due. There will be no refunds unless FGC rule 1. 17a.i.v applies
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION (ANNUAL)
- USA Swimming Registration:
- Premium Membership: $90 per swimmer per year (includes unlimited swim meets)
- Flex Membership: $30 per swimmer per year (limited to 3 swim meets)
- Payments are via Fenix Swim Club USA Swimming Registration Link. Coaching staff will provide this link when needed.
- Allows a swimmer to compete in all USA Swimming Sanctioned competitions/meets.
- Insures swimmers at training and sanctioned competitions
TEAM MAINTENANCE FEE FOR FENIX SWIM CLUB (ANNUAL)
- Team Maintenance Fee ($100) is invoiced per Family per calendar year.
This fee supports administrative operations, team management systems, communication platforms, team membership renewals, and ongoing professional development for our coaching staff, ensuring high-quality service and program excellence throughout the year.
